Job Overview
Hazen Technologies Inc is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive sales growth in the U.S. market. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential clients.
- Respond promptly to leads generated through marketing campaigns and qualify their potential.
- Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure high-quality targeting and alignment with business priorities.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
- Identify and research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach activities and meetings booked.
- Stay informed about the company's offerings, the U.S. market, and emerging trends in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or a similar sales role.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales-related KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours (night shift).
