Agile Project Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agile Project Coordinator located in Rawalpindi.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Coordinator to facilitate project delivery, drive process improvement initiatives, collaborate with the software development team, and resolve impediments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate project planning meetings to ensure alignment and clear objectives
  • Work closely with the software development team to define user stories and meet requirements
  • Identify and resolve impediments to ensure project timelines are met
  • Continuously improve the efficiency of the team through process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and user stories
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of software development processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
