Job Overview:
We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to assist in coordinating and managing IT projects. This role is ideal for fresh IT graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and technical team collaboration in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, tracking, and execution of software and web development projects.
- Coordinate with development teams, designers, QA, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Document project requirements, timelines, status updates, and risks.
- Monitor project workflows using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Help conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
- Create and maintain project documentation including SRS, timelines, and client feedback logs.
- Communicate project progress and blockers to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and internal processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in IT project management and product development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of web and mobile technologies (basic technical knowledge preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools (Excel, Word, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.
