Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Shift Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing sales and profit, hiring and training crew members, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the restaurant team with integrity and honesty.
  • Monitor and develop new employees on shift.
  • Assist with labor management costs and inventory control procedures.
  • Delegate duties, assign tasks, and follow up with team members.
  • Be proficient in each area of the restaurant to assist when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
