Regional Sales Executive

Caveo Salus Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with target customers and Key Opinion Leaders in the district. You will work closely with your team to achieve assigned sales targets by utilizing promotional tools, maximizing prescription generation for company products, and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of health sciences, experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, and proven ability to promote and sell products and services. They should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, persuasive ability, planning, organizing, and reporting skills, and problem identification, solving, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement targeted sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- To establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers in the district.
- To stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- To provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
