This is a mid-senior level full-time Information Technology position in Hospitals and Health Care and Software Development sectors.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies to safeguard information systems and digital assets from internal and external threats.
About the Job

We implement best practices and adopt state-of-the-art technology tools to achieve results. The Cyber Security Manager will lead cyber risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing across systems and applications.

  • Manage security infrastructure including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, IDS/IPS, etc. Work closely with IT and business units to ensure secure architecture, development, and deployment of applications and platforms.
  • Develop and execute cybersecurity policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, RBI, etc.).
  • Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and threats.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles
  • Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or CRISC.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity threats, threat intelligence, risk management, and incident handling.
  • Experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), mobile security, and application security is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
