Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented financial planning and analysis professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing detailed finance work, including data collection, maintaining information integrity, monitoring reconciliations, and conducting basic checks and controls.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a specific scope such as region, business unit, country, or supply chain.
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior management.
  • Support projects aimed at improving efficiencies and ways of working, fostering continuous improvement.

A motivated individual with experience in financial analysis and data structuring is required. A good understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry and local markets, along with leadership skills, collaboration, and communication within a finance team, is also necessary.
