We are looking for a seasoned Climate Resilient WASH Specialist to lead our team in implementing ACTED's project in Jaffarabad & Naseerabad District, Balochistan.

About the Project

The project aims to ensure that communities are resilient to climate-related disasters by improving access to safe drinking water, sanitation facilities, and hygiene promotion services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the resilience of communities, working closely with government counterparts, contractors, and local actors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve community resilience to climate-related disasters.
  • Work closely with government counterparts, contractors, and local actors to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct village-based training sessions on disaster risk reduction and DRR-resilient WASH interventions.
  • Lead in the development and implementation of processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure quality implementation of climate-responsive WASH and DRR interventions.
