About the Role:
IKONIC seeks a skilled CV Marketing Expert to join its Business Development team. As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for tailoring and enhancing candidate CVs, matching talent with job postings, and launching email campaigns to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tailor and enhance candidate CVs to align with targeted job descriptions and client expectations.
  • Match available talent to relevant job postings and project requirements across multiple industries and domains.
  • Launch structured email campaigns and InMail outreach to potential clients, presenting qualified candidate profiles.
  • Utilize job platforms like Indeed, Glassdoor, FlexJobs, Remote.co, Jobspresso, and others to actively promote and submit candidate profiles to relevant job postings.
  • Identify high-fit opportunities across job platforms and pitch candidates accordingly to maximize placement chances.
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed Resume, and email marketing tools to reach out to potential clients with ready-to-deploy candidate profiles.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of submissions, communications, and follow-ups in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Track and analyze marketing effectiveness via key metrics like response rate, submissions, interviews, and conversions.
  • Stay informed on trends in staff augmentation and hiring demands across US, UK, and Gulf regions, especially within the tech sector.
  • Create polished one-pagers, CV decks, and visual summaries to improve candidate presentation and appeal.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in resume marketing, resume writing, or staffing within IT services or outsourcing firms.
  • Hands-on experience with job platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, FlexJobs, Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with tech roles & stacks including MERN, MEAN, .NET, Python, Java, React, Node.js, DevOps, QA, and Mobile (Flutter/React Native).
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycles to align candidate profiles with client needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft professional candidate intros, emails, and responses.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse) for tracking submissions and responses.
  • Ability to tailor resumes and create tech-specific summaries, matching candidates accurately with job descriptions.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify job matches, hiring trends, and platform-specific strategies.
  • Experience in B2B client outreach through platforms and direct channels, especially for international markets (US).
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and task trackers like Trello or Asana.
  • Comfort working in target-driven environments, meeting submission goals, interview targets, and response deadlines.
  • Understanding of digital recruitment strategies, including email marketing, job board optimization, and keyword matching.
