The Role: Quality Assurance Specialist - Call Center Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of work performed by agents and providing feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
You will work closely with the QA Manager to anticipate training needs assessments, client requirements, and commencement of plans without fail. Additionally, you will track the performance of employees to identify trends and ensure they meet sales and performance goals.
This is a permanent night shift position (7pm to 4am). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Outbound Call Center and excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Job Specifications- Effective listening and problem-solving skills

- Prior experience in Outbound Call Center required
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail and professionalism
- Excellent proficiency in MS-Excel (Stats/Graphs/VLOOKUP)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
