We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team. As an Administrative Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

About the Job

You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Administration in managing a team that includes operational and maintenance personnel, as well as security staff. Your duties will include:

  • Providing assistance to the Head for smooth operations
  • Ensuring knowledge of office administrative matters, including general purchases, company assets maintenance, pool cars management, and daily routine tasks/security issues
  • Coordinating with government departments, such as police and labor departments
  • Managing security issues and team closely with full responsibility

You will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records of diesel consumption, generator running hours, and fuel replenishment for gensets
  • Verifying monthly fuel consumption reports
  • Overseeing janitorial staff, including regular rounds at the factory for cleaning and workers discipline
  • Visiting the factory regularly to inspect electrical appliances/equipment for faults or cleaning issues and resolving them through the maintenance staff
  • Maintaining company vehicles through coordination with drivers-in-charge
  • Upkeeping and maintaining company assets lists, including maintenance/repair of all assets
  • Supervising and overseeing carpentry & civil works after approving projects
  • Addressing workers' complaints regarding transportation and resolving within company policy
