HR Strategist

The primary role of a Human Resource Generalist is to oversee the overall functioning of the human resources department.

To achieve this goal, we are seeking an HR professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop, implement, and maintain employee relations policies, programs, and practices that support the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.

• Develop comprehensive employee relations policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals, manage employee grievances, and investigate workplace conflicts.
• Design and deliver training programs for employees on various HR topics such as diversity, equity, inclusion, and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate personnel records, reports, and other HR-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and evaluate employees in accordance with organizational policies and best practices.
• Manage employee benefits, compensation, and time-off programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
