- Daily Activity: Implement an always-on approach for daily social media activity, ensuring timely responses and trend participation.
- Multimedia Execution: Ensure high-quality multimedia execution (videos, graphics, reels, and UGC integration) to enhance brand storytelling.
- Influencer Identification: Identify, onboard, and manage influencer relationships to amplify brand visibility.
- Collaborations: Develop and maintain strategic collaborations with athletes, sports influencers, and industry personalities.
- Campaign Management: Oversee influencer-led campaigns, ensuring measurable impact and ROI tracking.
- Analytics Tools: Utilize social media analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize content strategies.
- Performance Reports: Generate performance reports to evaluate campaign success and audience engagement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Apply data-driven insights to adjust posting schedules, content formats, and engagement techniques.
- Teamwork: Work closely with paid media, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Integration: Align with email marketing teams to integrate social strategies into broader digital campaigns.
- Consistency: Coordinate with website teams to maintain banners, tickers, and digital brand consistency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, with a leadership role in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in sports, fitness, or entertainment industries is a plus.
- Education: BBA/MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Marketing Expertise: Experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, and audience growth tactics.
