Contact Information Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated Contact Information Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and assistance whenever they need it.

Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. You will also be responsible for addressing customer complaints and working to resolve issues in a way that exceeds customer satisfaction expectations. Additionally, you will provide accurate information to customers regarding our products, services, and promotions.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess strong interpersonal skills. A background in sales or customer service would be beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer complaints and work to resolve issues to exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, promotions, and any other relevant details to customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
