Treasury Operations Specialist

The role of this position will be to oversee operational and strategic standpoints, ensuring an efficient structure to support global operations.

The position will cover all aspects of Treasury Operations activities based in APAC, including cash management, liquidity, banking solutions, and Payment Operations.

  • Support the payouts team with adequate funding for markets and ensure optimum utilization of cash across assigned markets.
  • Prepare and support the daily cash flow process for all assigned markets.
  • Develop and operate complex data models.
  • Collaborate with global Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams to understand business needs and manage solutions.
  • Use various bank portals for vendor payments.
  • Perform SOX controls.
  • Contribute process improvement ideas to the global treasury organization.
  • Manage change process TMS implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-7 years' experience in treasury, banking, FP&A, or accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Excel, Access, Power BI.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with TMS (Kyriba or Quantum FIS) is preferred.
