Strong Command over Spoken-English with a good American or British Accent. Candidates should be willing to work in the night shift (6 pm-3 am). Working days are from Monday to Friday.

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. More education or experience may be preferred.
  3. Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  4. Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  5. Proficiency with computers, strong typing skills.
  6. Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  7. Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  8. Adaptability and accountability.
  9. Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
