Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing financial models, budgets, and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasts
  • Handle cash management, local and foreign payments, bank guarantees, and letters of credit
  • Oversee external audits, ensuring full compliance with auditing standards
  • Manage taxation matters, including preparation and filing in line with tax laws
  • Ensure full compliance with IFRS, Companies Act 2017, and other applicable corporate laws
  • Generate and present financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Maintain financial records using accounting software and advanced Excel functions

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification: CA Inter / CAF from ICAP, ICMA Finalist from ICMAP, ACCA, MBA / M.Com / BS in Accounting & Finance
  • Experience: CAF / ICMA (Finalist) / ACCA: Minimum 3 years, MBA / M.Com / BS (Accounting & Finance): Minimum 5 years post-qualification

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Tax Regulations, and Corporate Laws
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Accounting Software
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
