Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to manage and grow client relationships by providing expert guidance on financial software solutions. The primary goal is to drive sales and revenue by understanding the unique financial needs of clients and recommending tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their accounting needs, and effectively communicating how financial software solutions can address those needs.
  2. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting financial software products, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates of financial software to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
  4. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use financial software, ensuring they maximize its benefits for their business.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and develop strategies to expand the client base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial software, with specific knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
