Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Deployment Specialist to oversee the entire deployment process of enterprise software applications. This is a key role that requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the CTO, Software Architect, Network Department, and Software Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple enterprise applications simultaneously using TFS for branching, merging, labeling, and security management.
  • Oversee the deployment process across the software development life cycle, ensuring smooth operations across various server environments, such as Development, Testing, Staging, and Production.
  • Identify and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Ensure the health and security of all servers involved in the deployment process, collaborating closely with the Network Department to maintain optimal performance.
  • Manage software versioning, builds, and documentation to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Maintain accurate installation and configuration guides related to software deployment.
  • Work closely with software developers and the Network Department to resolve configuration issues on deployment servers.

Job Requirements:
  • Familiarity with application development and deployment life cycle processes, with experience in managing different server environments.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2.
  • Proven expertise in software packaging and deployment management.
  • Detailed understanding of TFS administration and management.
  • Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008 R2 management and scripting.
  • SharePoint Administration skills.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, including Ethernet switching.
  • Understanding of network protocols and applications.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Proven coordination and teamwork experience.
  • Experience with IIS 6/IIS 7/IIS 7.5.
  • VBS and VB scripting skills.
