We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team.

  • Create and modify flight bookings using Sabre and other booking systems, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to various platforms.
  • Leverage extensive geographical knowledge to identify cost-effective airfares and utilize Bargain Finder to achieve optimal results.
  • Manage refunds and execute manual reissues with precision, adhering to airline policies and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via online chat, utilizing strong typing speed and effective communication skills.
  • Efficiently manage queues, communicate with airlines, and adjust schedules to optimize travel arrangements.
  • Navigate multiple Passenger Name Record (PNR) Control Centers (PCCs) to cater to diverse client needs.
  • Apply advanced ticketing knowledge to add promo, tour, and account codes, ensuring correct commission levels and meticulous adherence to instructions.
  • Implement a customer-centric approach to create offline bookings and confirm with passengers.
  • Identify and address potential fraudulent transactions, safeguarding client and company interests.
  • Assist with adding ancillary services, such as extra baggage, meal requests, and insurance, and handle airline name corrections and infant additions.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in ticketing and fare optimization within the travel industry.
  • Proficiency in Sabre, Bargain Finder, and related software applications.
  • In-depth understanding of airline operations, geographical factors, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for efficient customer support.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks, liaise with airlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience working with online travel agencies and diverse airline portals is beneficial.
  • Expertise in navigating multiple PCCs and managing ticketing procedures.
  • Customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Familiarity with fraud investigation procedures and additional services management.
