Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Associate

This is a full-time on-site role that involves assisting in the management of customer relationship initiatives, data entry, and providing support to the CRM team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Operations & Team Management:
    • Ensure efficient data management and customer interactions through the CRM system.
    • Lead and manage the CRM team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
    • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data.
  • Marketing (Support & Performance Management):
    • Provide customer insights and data analysis to support marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage projects and ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
    • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Publicity & Branding:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
    • Coordinate publicity efforts, including all relevant events and promotional activities.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or spare parts industry.
  • Experience in marketing coordination and project management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of CRM principles and practices & proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the motorbike spare parts market is an advantage.
