Job Title

Hiring Manager Position Available



The organization seeks a seasoned professional to oversee all human resource functions including personnel management, policy and procedures, record keeping, contractual and legal matters, training, and the design and implementation of administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee files and ensure up-to-date records for all programs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain hiring practices in coordination with supervisors.
  • Liaise with government offices to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the entire process of hiring, probation, evaluation, promotion, and termination of staff.
  • Provide orientation packages and arrange presentations for new staff members.
  • Work with regional coordinators and field managers to evaluate staff accurately.
  • Identify training needs and develop internal and external training opportunities.
  • Monitor and resolve potential personnel problems and achievements.
  • Maintain accurate staff databases and prepare payroll.
  • Ensure efficient functioning of administrative filing systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling personnel paperwork and records.


Qualifications
  • Familiarity with interpretation and application of policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and promote team environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to determine priorities and respect deadlines.
