Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall goals.
  • Maintain positive relationships with management and employees by addressing their needs, grievances, or other issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best candidates are hired for available positions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee information, including personnel files and organizational charts.
Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on company policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Human Resources Manager must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR management role.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
