Supply Chain Specialist Position

This is a senior-level role suited for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and can deliver scalable, best-practice solutions across diverse supply chain projects.

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions across SD, MM, WM, and TM modules.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Engage in all project phases: blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Provide thought leadership and advisory-level input for complex logistics and supply chain challenges.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integrations, custom enhancements, and data migration.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client discussions, ensuring solution quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with SAP best practices, innovations, and industry trends relevant to Supply Chain and S/4HANA.
  • Provide mentorship to junior consultants and support capability uplift within the team (when required).

About You:

  • More than 10 years of experience in SAP logistics modules – specifically SD, MM, WM, and TM.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two S/4HANA projects (greenfield or transformation).
  • Strong configuration knowledge across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and transportation processes.
  • Solid understanding of integration points between logistics and finance, manufacturing, or planning modules.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, managing priorities and client expectations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in SAP Fiori apps related to logistics.
  • Familiarity with presales, proposal creation, or scoping (advantageous but not required).
