Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

At the heart of our success is a highly skilled team of logistics coordinators who ensure the smooth flow of goods and resources across the globe. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team, working closely with cross-functional departments to achieve our operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with terminal staff to ensure timely berthing and sailing of vessels, maximizing resource utilization.
  • Ensure effective communication with principal office, focusing on cost savings and resolving day-to-day customer queries.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial, finance, logistics, and documentation teams to deliver accurate load plans and maximize late runner opportunities.
  • Verify terminal invoices and port bills for timely payment arrangement.
  • Arrange vessel supplies according to principal office requirements.
  • Conduct thorough checks on DG bookings, VGM weights, reefer units, and special cargo prior to load plan preparation.
  • Prepare departure vessel files and forward them to central planners.
  • Secure no-demand certificates from port authorities and update port clearance information for master's knowledge before vessel departure.
