Poultry Farm Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily farm operations to ensure the health and well-being of layer birds.
  • Manage feed and supplies, implement biosecurity measures, and maintain accurate production records.
  • Supervise farm workers, coordinate with management on production goals, and champion sustainability practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in DVM, Poultry Science, or related field.
  • Experience in poultry farm management, including knowledge of poultry health and biosecurity measures.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental practices, with a focus on carbon-free manufacturing.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a track record of successfully supervising farm workers.
