Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Poultry Farm Manager, located in Islamabad. The Poultry Farm Manager will oversee daily farm operations, manage the care and well-being of layer birds, maintain health and production records, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role involves supervising farm workers, managing feed and supplies, implementing biosecurity measures, and coordinating with management on production goals and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in poultry farm management, including knowledge of poultry health and biosecurity measures
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of farm workers
  • Knowledge of feed and nutrition management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental practices
  • Bachelor's degree in DVM, Poultry Science or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
