Job Overview:

This is a senior leadership role in Maintenance that involves strategic planning, operational execution, and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of various mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and utility systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in operation and maintenance methodologies, including reliability centered maintenance, condition based maintenance & time bound maintenance.

They must also possess excellent leadership skills to lead teams of technicians and engineers, develop coordination among departments, and provide awareness on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and utility systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure efficient operation of facilities
  • Lead teams of technicians and engineers to achieve organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field

At least 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations

Strong technical knowledge in operation and maintenance methodologies, including reliability centered maintenance, condition based maintenance & time bound maintenance

Excellent leadership skills to lead teams of technicians and engineers

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
