Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Professional to manage and control inventory, achieve customer service levels, and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Place inter-company STO to sourcing plants based on DSI review.
  • Communicate and coordinate order processing, including ATP failure, supply issue resolution, and order delivery schedule changes.
  • Manage and control inventory to achieve desired customer service levels while maintaining an optimal inventory level.
  • Closely communicate with planners/schedulers at source plants and keep customer service informed of any customer order delivery schedule changes.
  • Coordinate with forwarders/warehouses for import/export processing, customs clearance, and goods receipt with SAP entries upon material in & out.
  • Review non-productivity inventory with Sales & Marketing and Customer Service teams.
  • Provide input and participate in the IBP process as needed.
  • Sustain supply chain initiatives by interfacing with other supply chain personnel in the business and shared services.
  • Drive improvement in supply chain KPIs.
  • Ensure master data quality for planning/scheduling accuracy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline demonstrating logical thinking or computational skills is required, with Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business being preferred.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain roles, logistics, operations, ITO, or improvement, manufacturing, or customer service is beneficial.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high initiative, relentless focus on the customer, Supply Chain functional competencies, and effective teamwork are essential.
  • The successful candidate must understand customer needs and the business strategy to deliver Supply Chain services and solutions that create value and help the business grow and be differentiated.
  • Collaborating with global teams and functions, geographies, customers, and Business Services partners to deliver business results is vital.
  • Leading projects and solving supply chain planning challenges is necessary.
  • Developing innovative proposals to deliver value-creating solutions with a 'Can Do' attitude is key.

Additional Requirements:

  • SAP R2, R3, ECC, APO, or other ERP system working experience is desirable.
  • Proficient verbal and written English language skills are mandatory.
  • APICS CPIM Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader certification are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Business Objects or other Data Warehouse applications and Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications and database tools is necessary.
