In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll activities across various countries in the Americas region. This includes working closely with our HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as providing support for payroll-related queries from employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end payroll activities across various countries in the Americas region
  • Work with HR for payroll inputs validation, confirmation of employee timesheets, one-time payouts, overtime, leave of absence notifications, and severance payments
  • Validate payroll reports shared by service providers and ensure payrolls are processed on time without errors
  • Perform variance analysis control and research to determine next course of action
  • Handle payroll and tax year-end processing based on US-specific requirements
  • Handle employee tickets on queries regarding payrolls and timesheets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
