About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Hazen Technologies Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and managing CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
  2. Lead Qualification: Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure high-quality targeting and alignment with business priorities.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
  4. Market Research: Identify and research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
  5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or a similar sales role.
  3. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales-related KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
  7. A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  8. Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
