Lead Generation Specialist

Oxbridgedigital is looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager to develop and execute inbound marketing strategies that attract and engage our target audience. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content marketing plans, email marketing campaigns, and social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Inbound Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert prospects into customers.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content marketing plan that includes blog posts, e-books, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create informative and engaging content.
- Optimize content for search engines and measure its effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Develop and send regular newsletters to keep our audience informed about industry trends and company news.
- Measure email campaign effectiveness using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media channels.
- Engage with our target audience on social media by responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of inbound marketing campaigns using metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the performance of inbound marketing campaigns.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve the effectiveness of inbound marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing inbound marketing strategies, creating and curating high-quality content, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, lead generation, or related roles.
- Expertise in content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or social media platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and lead tracking systems.
