Senior Sales Operations Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven sales professional to join Torque360, a SaaS-based company. This role is pivotal in leading our inbound and outbound sales efforts, setting the standards, and driving performance to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inbound and outbound sales representatives to meet daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets by developing effective strategies and providing guidance to ensure the team's success.
- Sales & Product Training: Develop and implement training programs to keep the team updated on the latest product offerings, sales techniques, and industry trends, thereby enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Sales Targets: Ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals by focusing on outbound lead generation and conversion, and implementing strategies to drive new business.
- Outbound Sales Strategy: Drive new business by utilizing outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing strategies to convert leads into customers.
- SaaS & CRM Expertise: Leverage the current tech stack, including CRM software and sales tools, to optimize pipeline management, lead tracking, and sales efficiency, ensuring that the sales process is streamlined and effective.
- Client Engagement: Participate in Account Executive demos and handle escalations to support closing deals and customer retention, thereby building strong relationships with clients.
- Reporting & Funnel Management: Provide detailed reporting on the sales pipeline, managing the full funnel from lead generation to conversion, and liaising between marketing and customer success to ensure alignment on lead conversion and churn reduction metrics.
- Growth Metrics: Drive 15% to 25% quarterly growth through outbound efforts, ensuring a consistent sales yield and efficiency increase.
- Proven Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and managerial experience.
- Sales Techniques: Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, cold calling, and closing strategies, enabling effective lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools to manage pipelines and generate reports, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze data and report on sales performance, including the full sales funnel, to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle escalations and lead demos effectively, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Adaptable & Strategic: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot strategies to achieve sales goals, demonstrating flexibility and strategic thinking.
