This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in Model United Nations.

We are seeking a highly qualified MUN Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and mentoring students in all aspects of Model United Nations. This includes preparing students for conferences, assisting in the development of their debating and negotiation skills, and providing guidance on research and position paper writing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing MUN events, providing feedback, and encouraging students to engage in international affairs and diplomacy. They will also be expected to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and other stakeholders to achieve the goals of the program.

About the Program
  • Train and mentor students in Model United Nations
  • Prepare students for conferences and provide guidance on research and position paper writing
  • Organize and manage MUN events
  • Provide feedback and encourage students to engage in international affairs and diplomacy
Requirements
  • Experience in Model United Nations, debating, and negotiation techniques
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Event organization and management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Education, or a related field
