Field Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Coordinator to support our global health initiatives in Pakistan.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working at the district level, preferably in Sindh, and a strong understanding of program design, monitoring, and evaluation.

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

The role involves coordinating with project partners, organizing workshops, and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders. The Field Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking performance indicators, success criteria, targets, and milestones, and compiling this information into a presentable format.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with project partners to ensure project deliverables and milestones are met.
  2. Organize and conduct orientation, inception, and dissemination workshops related to project activities.
  3. Facilitate one-to-one meetings with relevant key stakeholders to develop follow-up action plans.
  4. Establish contacts and set up coordination mechanisms with public health facilities and community mobilizers at the district level.
  5. Monitor and mentor district-level partners and assess their competency levels.
  6. Meet regularly with provincial health and population teams to update and share any gaps for delivering high-quality health services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum master's degree in public health or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management within the non-profit sector.
  • Experience of working at the district level in Sindh, preferably for health-related initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of program design, monitoring, and evaluation, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
