Lead Generation Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional with 3-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate will take ownership of outbound campaigns, LinkedIn automation, content creation, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-performing email campaigns to capture attention and drive conversions.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes to ensure outreach runs smoothly.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Dripify for efficient lead generation.
  • Build high-quality, verified email lists tailored to the ideal client profile using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hunter.io.
  • Manage multi-step prospecting flows to engage 800-1,000 ideal prospects per month.
  • Content Creation: create engaging LinkedIn posts, repurpose podcasts into snippets, collaborate with clients to build case studies, produce short video content for social media, and plan/optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Podcast Campaigns: coordinate at least two podcasts per month, including scheduling, guest communication, and light preparation.
  • CRM & Reporting: maintain clean CRM and campaign trackers, provide weekly performance reports on outreach, meetings booked, and conversions.
  • Client Coordination: act as the liaison between our team and client teams, gather marketing inputs, manage approvals, and collaborate via Slack and Zoom.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing or lead generation.
  • Experience using outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, and Dripify; knowledge of HubSpot CRM for pipeline management.
  • Strong written English and excellent communication skills, with direct coordination with clients.
  • Familiarity with simple design and video tools is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
