Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Human Resources Coordinator with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Delegate HR-related tasks and set objectives for team members, track employee growth, and monitor daily performance.
  • Calculate taxes on salaries.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve our company's recruitment practices.
  • Liaise with existing employees and address their requests and grievances to ensure a safe and productive workplace.
  • Guide senior management on compliance-related matters and present findings through virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Lead and coordinate onboarding for new hires, manage probationary feedback, and oversee employee evaluations and terminations.
