About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- This role involves developing targeted outreach campaigns to identify high-potential leads across various industries and regions.
- You will work closely with our marketing team to refine our messaging, lead scoring, and content strategy to drive success.
- With strong communication skills, you will maintain accurate records of all leads and activities in our CRM system.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to exceed targets in previous roles.
- Strong understanding of BANT or MEDDIC qualification frameworks.
- Experience with sequencing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
