Business Development Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to fill the role of Business Development Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Identification and Qualification
  • You will conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, social media, and other relevant channels to identify and generate leads.
  • You will qualify leads based on company criteria to ensure they align with the target audience.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.
  • You will use CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring that they are promptly followed up with and nurtured throughout the sales funnel.
  • You will set up meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
