Customer Acquisition Job Description

This Customer Acquisition role is responsible for developing and implementing effective customer acquisition strategies to drive business growth.

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in data-driven marketing and customer acquisition to join our team as a Digital Acquisition Strategist.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance across digital platforms to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to optimise customer acquisition strategies, ensuring enhanced customer conversion rates.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing assets with overall acquisition objectives and strategies.
  • Identify and explore new customer acquisition opportunities through market and competitor research.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators, making recommendations for adjustments to maximise ROI and campaign efficiency.
  • Present regular performance reports to the Acquisition Lead, outlining key trends and actionable insights for strategy refinement.
Key Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a data-driven marketing or acquisition-focused role, ideally within the fintech or digital sector. Proven success in analysing and optimising digital campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel, and other similar marketing platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for optimising acquisition strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data and insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive problem-solving mindset to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in campaigns.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing performance reports and analysing data.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic marketing landscape.
