Job Overview

The Digital Acquisition Strategist will play a pivotal role in supporting the customer acquisition strategy by analysing data, optimising campaigns, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Reporting to the Acquisition Lead, this role involves tracking performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition success and enhance customer conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance across digital platforms to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise customer acquisition strategies, ensuring enhanced customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to align marketing assets with overall acquisition objectives and strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new customer acquisition opportunities and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators, making recommendations for adjustments to maximise ROI and campaign efficiency.
  • Create and present regular performance reports to the Acquisition Lead, highlighting key trends and actionable insights for strategy refinement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platforms, incorporating innovative practices into customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a data-driven marketing or acquisition-focused role, ideally within the fintech or digital sector. Proven success in analysing and optimising digital campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel, and other similar marketing platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for optimising acquisition strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data and insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive problem-solving mindset to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in campaigns.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing performance reports and analysing data.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic marketing landscape.
