Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team in developing a best-in-class employment experience.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including strategic planning, organizational development, staffing, training, benefits administration, terminations, retention, compensation, orientation, attendance, payroll, employee relations, management development, and performance management.

This includes serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, relation issues, policy and procedure understanding, and compliance.

The successful candidate should be innovative and technology-savvy to establish effective virtual office tools and remote management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and communicate seamlessly across borders, maintaining HR information on a central platform (documents, libraries, employee photos, etc.).
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of personnel documents and central files (i.e., employee files, records on training, certifications, probation, performance or discipline issues).
  • Understand full-cycle recruiting, which includes posting positions, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, background & reference checks; and onboarding.
  • Develop virtual orientation sessions with new team members to onboard processes and HR policies.
  • Establish templates for standard HR letters – offer letters, termination notifications, employment verifications, salary increases, promotions, etc.
  • Establish processes to prepare paperwork for the Payroll department.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators for HR.
  • Recruit Senior Teachers, Practicum Students, Graduate Teachers, Center Managers, and Administrative Roles.

Skillset: To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, time management, and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to read and interpret information, present numerical data effectively, and gather and analyze information. Additionally, strong organizational and planning abilities are required to prioritize work activities and monitor quality.
