Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Taxi Dispatchers to join our dynamic team for our North Carolina-based clients. This is an onsite opportunity based in Gulberg Green, Islamabad, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have prior exposure to US-based taxi dispatching operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch taxis efficiently using digital platforms and phone systems
  • Communicate clearly with drivers and customers in real-time
  • Monitor trip progress, handle cancellations, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle incoming calls, bookings, and urgent requests with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatches and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in taxi dispatching (US market preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/holidays
  • Proficiency in using dispatching software and basic computer applications
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
