Marketing Executive Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing executive to lead our marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and developing effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of all company social media accounts on various platforms.
  • Create engaging and creative content for regular social media posts that educate and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Coordinate social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal goals.
  • Audit and analyze social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns.
  • Analyze social media campaigns using tracking systems to gather visitor data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Provide accurate reports and analysis to stakeholders to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
  • Assist with general day-to-day administration tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional industry experience working in a USA-based marketing agency is required.
  • Excellent English speaking skills with an American or neutral accent are required.
  • A creative leader capable of providing innovative concepts and coaching, training, and inspiring team members.
  • Strong output volume and quality are essential.
  • Proficiency in using multiple online and web-based systems for scheduling is necessary.
