We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Growth Officer to join our team at Mobilink Bank.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling the execution of sales strategy and customer acquisition process to meet and exceed portfolio growth and cross-sell targets.

  • The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring overall assigned portfolio targets are achieved product-wise CALSA / SA / TD on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis.

The Relationship Growth Officer will also be responsible for taking onboard Free Lancers / Brand Ambassadors to create a deposit mobilization team of 25 headcounts for retail deposit marketing.
