Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to drive software sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive software sales by identifying, targeting, and closing deals with prospective clients.
- Exceed revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and account management.
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Leverage CRM tools to identify and qualify leads.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach.
- Utilize market research and competitor analysis to discover new opportunities.
- Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement and onboarding to retention and upselling.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining regular communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals and expand market presence.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Sales Expertise:
- Proven experience in software sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like Apollo for lead generation and prospecting.
- Familiarity with other CRM platforms is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Ability to develop tailored strategies for different stages of the customer journey.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and build trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term gains and long-term growth.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
