Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Capital Management: Manage the company's capital structure, raising capital, managing debt, and making investment decisions that maximize shareholder value.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk, developing effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Accounting Practices: Ensure robust accounting practices and financial controls meet relevant regulations and standards.
  • Finance Team Leadership: Lead the finance team to deliver high-quality financial services and manage the company's tax strategy, identifying tax planning opportunities and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
