Job Description:

MERN Stack Developers design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the latest technologies. They work closely with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly UI elements, such as buttons and search fields.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate how sites function and look.
  • Design graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables) that meet style standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness, and make layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • A portfolio of professional MERN Stack development work.
  • Proven work experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
