Job Description

As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for expanding our global business network by fostering key partnerships and ensuring exceptional service delivery to corporate clients. This leadership role oversees business partner onboarding, market research, competitor analysis, licensing acquisition, and the expansion of new pay-out corridors.

The primary objective of this position is to act as the main representative of the company for business partners, ensuring strategic alignment, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will manage the Relationship Department (RD) and report directly to the Executive Head – Business, providing regular insights, performance evaluations, licensing updates, and competitive analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the onboarding process for new business partners, including negotiating agreements, defining SLAs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance partner experience.
  1. Identify and assess opportunities to expand ACE's pay-out network in key markets and high-demand regions.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish new corridors, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure smooth integration.
  1. Develop and oversee a comprehensive licensing strategy for global operations.
  2. Manage licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory approvals to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitive threats.
  2. Analyze competitor strategies to drive business differentiation and strategic decision-making.
  1. Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, including banks, financial institutions, and money service businesses (MSBs).
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for business partners, handling escalations and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  4. Secure Board of Directors (BOD) approval for new business partners and maintain consistent communication.
  1. Collaborate with sales, compliance, finance, product, and marketing teams to drive business initiatives.
  2. Provide strategic insights based on market research and partner feedback.
  1. Oversee Relationship Department (RD) operations, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives.
  2. Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  3. Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks for the department.
