Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting customers in selecting the right educational programs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, resolving customer issues, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Strong customer service skills and experience in handling customer inquiries
  • Sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Knowledge of educational programs and services is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
